• Getting TUSAS approval at the end of 2022 by preparing the infrastructure for measurement by sampling method by laying the basics of statistical process control within the company.
• Provide minimum 10 hours of training annually to each personnel.
• Performing detailed corporate internal investigations until the end of 2022.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction rate of minimum 95%.
• Ensuring product suitability rate of minimum 99%.
• Ensuring delivery performance at minimum 95%.
• Providing zero number of work accidents.
• Keeping domestic production scrap ratio at 2% maximum (Design and R&D projects are excluded).
• Ensuring the timely completion rate of opened corrective activities to be minimum 90%.
• Ensuring the effective completion rate of opened corrective activities to be minimum 90%.
• Ensuring the employee satisfaction rate to be minimum 90% with employee satisfaction questionnaire.
